Sjokolade en speserye saam? Ja, beslis en veral as jy van Meksikaanse kos hou. Diepgebraaide churros met sjokoladesous is ’n bekende nagereg. Die deeg is byna soos ’n choux-deeg en word met ’n spuitsak in diepolie gespuit en so gebraai. Hierdie is my vinnige weergawe met ’n soortgelyke idee – net heelwat minder moeite.
