Shakshuka – dalk ken jy dit nie of het dit nog nooit voorheen gemaak nie, maar dié speserygegeurde tamatiesous met eiervrug en eiers is absoluut heerlik. Die sous is ’n bekende Midde-oosterse gereg en regtig veelsydig. Jy kan dit op soveel maniere geur en dis perfek vir enige ete van die dag. Beslis altyd ’n gunsteling!

No household should be without quick macaroni & cheese recipe. Some recipes are more like a stiff quiche mixture. I prefer lots of texture in this dish and always put corn and peas in my recipe, because my kids love it and it is a great way to include extra veggies for them.

Kyk, party bestanddele is nou maar eenmaal ’n wonderlike kombinasie, soos vars kruie en suurlemoen. Of basiliekruid en tamatie. Sit nou ’n bietjie fetakaas by en almal gaan hul lippe aflek. Moenie huiwerig wees om ’n heel hoender soos dié plathoender voor te berei nie – volg net die stappe, dis regtig maklik. As die hoender só gaargemaak word, lyk dit indrukwekkend, word mooi eweredig gaar en is baie maklik om in porsies op te sny.’n Besonderse ete!

I developed this recipe a few years ago to show how easy and delicious it is to use Cecilia’s Farm dried fruit when cooking. This has remained one of my huge favourites.
