Who is Heleen?
Heleen Meyer is an independent food consultant, recipe developer, food stylist and award-winning cookbook author from Cape Town. She has a passion to encourage and teach others the joys of nutritious food. Her aim is to inspire you and make you feel like a chef in your own kitchen, while busting the myth that healthy eating is expensive, bland or boring. You will often see her on television and hear her voice on radio. After over 30 years in the food industry, she still loves to share her passion to develop trustworthy recipes that look as good as they make you feel!
